Silver Calcium Alginate Dressing

Calcium Alginate Ag (Silver) Dressings are a sterile, antimicrobial fiber-structured alginate with high absorbency. Fights bacteria and a broad spectrum of microorganisms while absorbing and containing exudate in a moist healing environment. Silver Calcium Alginate Dressings and Ropes are soft, conformable wound dressings impregnated with Antimicrobial Silver. The silver-impregnated calcium alginate fibres, when in contact with wound exudate or blood, form a gel which creates a moist wound healing environment. The silver in the wound dressing has an antimicrobial effect upon various types of microorganisms including Staphylococcus Aureus and Escherichia Coli. Calcium Alginate Dressings with Antimicrobial Silver are sterilized and must not be re-sterilized. The products are sterile unless the package is opened or damaged.

Use on exudates and part hemostasis. Use on middle or serious exudates and the wound which is a cavity. * Use on bedsore cure. * Use on diabetic foot ulcer.  Use on venous leg / artery ulcer.  Use on skin,trauma and other refractory wound.
